Mike is currently the UX and Service Design Manager for the Transformation Solutions team at Charles Schwab. They look at opportunities that impact their clients and create end-to-end solutions that center on the entire ecosystem rather than individual touch points. Mike loves to see his team tackle complex enterprise-wide problems and bring a human-centered design approach to truly understanding the problem and then guiding stakeholders through a service design process to identify the right solution.
