Financial Experience Design 2021

As leaders of and advocates for human-centered approaches, there’s no shortage of challenges we encounter – especially in the financial services sector. We’ve found that most times, these challenges begin with misalignment across organizational culture and behaviors. This talk outlines three frameworks that you can use with your teams to determine where to focus your attention, unpack behaviors to find leverage points and use an experimental approach to take action on these issues when they arise.
